Each product is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are personalized or made to order, please review our refund policy below.

 

1. Personalized and Custom Items

• All personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

• Please double-check your personalization details before placing your order (names, dates, colors, etc.).

• We are not responsible for mistakes provided by the customer.

 

2. Non-Personalized Items

• Non-customized items may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery.

• To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Products

• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Send an email to gloriousbeauty.shop@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged product and packaging

• Once approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a store credit.

 

4. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

• After this period, production may have already started, and we won’t be able to cancel or refund the order.

 

5. Refund Process

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

1. Check your bank account again.

2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
