Processing Time

  • Each order is made with care.

  • Standard processing time is 3–7 business days before shipment, depending on the product and order volume.

  • Personalized items may take a bit longer due to the customization process.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping may be added in the future.)

  • Estimated delivery time after shipment is 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout through UPS based on your location and order weight.
    We’re currently testing our shipping options to offer the best rates possible to our customers.

 

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

 

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

  • If your order appears lost in transit, contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

 

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

  • In the rare event that your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, we can reship it once the correct address and additional shipping costs (if applicable) are confirmed.
